Born in Coventry, United Kingdom his father worked in a factory of his father's tools was a great inventor

His first contact with the engine was a factory of his parents in Royal Leamington Spa

Not much to study economic crises in her family in 1923 RAF enters school where he was a good student and so caught the attention of the officers for their futuristic models of airplanes and good math

in his thesis to graduate talked about the evolution of aircraft could reach speeds and heights imaginable to propel his time proposed by thermoreactors

engine "jet" works like a rocket, air enters the front of the engine and is burned with paraffin gas that forms helps drive the plane

others working on the same thing but this idea was not very popular until the outbreak of war in 1939 that led the government to adopt this idea
